Hi Dave everything you cook looks yummy. Have you ever baked Chicken with Spicy Salsa spread on top, or mix some salsa into either Ground Beef, Turkey or Chicken and make burgers so good

Oh one of my favorite meats, pork. With an addition of mushrooms.. Hey I was able to get a pork roast is there any recipes that you could do on how to fix it? I remember making them in a slow cooker/ crock pot years ago but I'm sure you could figure out how to dress it up a bit. I know I'm running behind again. I'll catch up.

Hey Becky. Yes, I love pork as well. Yes, mushrooms for sure. Pork in the slow cooker is so good. After 8 hours it just falls apart. We do have a few slow cooker recipes. Hope you are well my friend.
