Do the onion rings that the egg is poured into get cooked thoroughly, or do they end up semi-raw?

@@almaburns6562 might suggest slow cooking the rings at low heat about 3mins (flip them as well to do it evenly) before you insert the fillings. Iirc onions start to caramelise at around the 8 min mark under low heat. Guy that made the video didn't do it partly because we're asian and we can eat onions and garlics raw without much issues.

tried making it today. I used red onion for sides and put the egg mixed ingredients inside. I also used a green onion for color with a 1/2 orange bell pepper. Used coconut oil to fry in. cooked perfectly through. very tasty. thanks for making instruction video !!!

Oh my! Look at all the nationalities that re enjoying your recipe! It looks so very tasty that I can't wait to try it. Oh and thank you for the no cry onion trick.. I have used a small 4" fan to cross blow the acids away. but even though small, the fan can be in the way. Keep cooking and filming your videos are great!

If you ever get pepper oil in your eyes, run strands of hair across your eyeball. If your hair isn't long enough, borrow someone elses. The hair absorbs the oil and it doesn't hurt your eyeball.

I liked the idea, but since i do low carb and love Italian taste, I'm going to modify it as follows: the filling is going to be onion, mushrooms, carrot, tomato, garlic, mozzarella cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, fresh basil, maybe also some yogurt or mayo The thickening is going to be with Xanthan gum and almond flour

I would use pretty much those ingredients too (or whatever is in the fridge), but I would not use heated vegetable oil like in the video. That ruins the taste and heated oil is pretty bad health-wise too. Butter or ghee for frying.

সত্যিই, দারুণ লেগেছে আপনার (আপনাদের) রান্নার কায়দা বা রেসিপি। দেখেই বোঝা যাচ্ছে, কেমন স্বাদের হবে। ব্যবহৃত সবজি বাংলাদেশে পাওয়া যায়! বাংলাদেশের রাজধানী, ঢাকা থেকে ধন্যবাদ অশেষ।
