I forgot to mention in this video the "W" style concave! It sits nicely in the arch of your foot in the middle. You may be able to see it in the video. This is the only pad I know of with this type of shape and it feels great!

Finally a pad I don’t need to hang my toes off. Tried surfer stance but by mile 10 I’m back to a duck footed stance, I’ll give it another try. Sparks are epic btw!

That looks comfy, I really need to change my stock back foot pad soon. Also, when I ride my back foot is always perpendicular, I'll try to switch out the technique to see what it does.

My 6'5" frame and size 13 shoe would probably appreciate this extra space! I've been looking at concave footpads and it was interesting to hear that extreme concave footpads can be uncomfortable for people like me with larger feet. I hadn't really heard that before. Either way, great review!

I'm curious what camera you're using here, Chris, it looks really smooth. I'm also digging that bigger pad. I do have huge clown feet and I always feel like the pad could be bigger.

Great content, as always. Can you describe more about foot placement when you switch mid-ride? I find shuffling my feet on the pad difficult as it changes my balance, and it's jut hard to do, because of the grip tape. I've trying hopping a bit, but my feet never land back into that sweat spot. Thank you.

This is a Tascam wired mic. I have to take the files after and sync them on the computer but this thing has amazing sound quality. I love it. And with that big dead cat, you can see how well it records in the wind.
