Ingredients👇 HEALTHY GLUTEN FREE VEGAN ONION RINGS
My measuring cup is 250 ml
2 small onions
1 cup of water
1 cup of rice flour or chickpea flour
2 cloves of garlic
Cilantro or Parsley to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of turmeric
½ Cup of Almonds or Walnuts or Peanuts
½ Cup of Manioc Flour (Yuca) or Gluten-free Oatmeal or Ground Seeds
