I recently bought your AIB. Lots of stuff to sort through, but it looks good. There's something in this video that doesn't make sense. He says, "how much would you pay for a person at this stage" and they add up to the cpa you were shooting for. If you paid a portion of the cpa for every single person you actually got to each stage, you'd end up paying waaaaaay more than your desired CPA. Let's say I have a $100 CPA, and I decide that I'm paying $10, $30 and $60, at each stage, respectively. I'm actually getting way more people at the $10 mark, since it's at the top of the funnel and most of them won't convert. So if I get 100 leads and only 2.5% convert all the way to sale, I've actually spent $1,000 before I even get to the second stage, even though my cpa is $100 and my estimated conversion is(2.5 people). That makes my actual customer acquisition cost(filling in the gaps by assuming 50% convert from trial to sale) $700. Remember, I was trying to get that number to $100. I tried running this exercise. It seems like it could easily lead to dangerous decisions when those numbers aren't understood. Can Alan clarify this?

Very possible. Chris put me on the spot when we made the video. ;) I would spend a lot more time with an excel sheet afterwards... but these are the broad strokes and really only DATA INTAKE.. for me to analyze a response to afterwards... we'll call what you're viewing here: "agile marketing framework" - just to get some flow.. and figure out a framework to work around.. vs. just selling stuff they dont want... or dont need.

this is great. I've been subbing to you guys for a year and I'm right at the cusp of purchasing core 360. the only thing that's preventing me is I'm just not sure what I'll be getting out if it. I have full faith in Chris and Jose, but not sure what the contents will contain. Some 'trial' content would no doubt sway me.

+The Skool Network I guess I'm not fully aware of all the differences either. When I visit your site Core Strategy Kit is pushed on the home page, and it sounds great. Then when I read about AIB that too sounds good. Does 360 include these both? would be handy if there was a table comparing your key offerings and what's included in each if them. cheers for the response though

Im curious what areas/aspects you would like me to go into deeper? Social media? paid media? How all these channels all come together into full financial modeling for a client?

This was AWESOME! This video is unparalleled. I'm brand new in the IM world trying to figure out what sales funnels are, how to list build and how all the pieces work so I can apply the system to my brand www.jonathanqfreeman.com which I JUST am getting off the ground. IN fact the website isn't even complete yet. But man this is awesome... I bought Jeff Walkers product and his blue print is pretty great but this was so much simpler to understand. I have bought Frank Kern's Mass Control product and this still trumps his explaination. I guess I just love a top down approach. Thank you so much guys.
