The Golden Era of bodybuilding had non of this equipment and in my opinion, they were much better. Dorian, Ronnie and Jay. Not always about the equipment it’s about the operator.

I'm a huge fan of lowering weight and focusing on time under tension and full range of motion. Far more effective training and safer when it comes to preventing injuries.

@@qtate78it does allow you to push through ur workouts more because it allows to recover quicker. Which in turn allows you to become stronger faster, and push harder than last time, faster.
