Фары в основном сделаны из ABS пластика, который хорошо растворяется ацетоном, вот это срезанный кусок растворить в ацетоне, получится клей, сварит лучше всяких спаек, проверено! А лучше в дихлорэтане!

How do you know what temperature the iron should be at so you don't burn the plastic??? Iron temp has to be controlled to correct melting point of plastic used. How to you set it????

Привет! В России так не паяют) Берут старый подкрылок и из него режут полоски или прутки( стержни РР или ABS) и паяльной станцией либо строительным феном впаивают в ремонтируемую деталь. Место сварки практически невозможно сломать

Вместо гвоздей используй паяльник для пластика со скобами разных форм ,я себе купил такой теперь ремонт одно удовольствие).
