Your video overlooks the essential nuances of introversion by catering to ambiverts and extroverts who misguidedly perceive introverted behavior as a pathway to appearing mysterious or fashionable. Genuine introverts are not seeking your guidance because they do not yearn for attention or significant social alterations, and they decidedly do not lack social competence. Your content would be more impactful if it targeted individuals sincerely interested in authentic personal development rather than those merely attempting to adopt an introverted facade.

This video is meant to help introverts to gain confidence within themselves so they are able to talk to other people without being shy. I used to be really introverted and didn’t want to talk to anyone but over time I gained confidence and now I can talk to others or even someone I never met before without being scared. However I do still love my time alone. I’m not trying to cater toward extroverts at all. I’m just saying that just because you’re an introvert doesn’t mean you have to be quiet or scared to talk to people. You can still have confidence within yourself too.

I like your input. I do kind of agree with that. However there are still ways to improve your looks with skin care and diets and even working out.
