Welcome back to On The Hook Fishing channel. We have another action packed Adventure fishing episode with lure fishing specialist, Robbie Northman to share with you all.
In this episode, Robbie heads to the iconic Northumberland coastline in his aluminium boat armed with Gulp! Slime and Slow Jigs to target Cod from the fruitful waters of the North East, drifting over shallow inshore reefs.
Salt Water Lure Fishing has become a big part of Robbie's angling in recent years, turning his hand to targeting a multitude of species such as Wrasse, Bass, Cod, Coal Fish, Pollack, mackerel, scad and any other lure species he comes across in British waters.
This lure fishing adventure was a trip to remember, catching plenty of fish throughout the session and enjoying time with friends on the water.

I am surprised that no one has commented yet 😊. Looks like you had a nugget of a day's fishing 🎣, light tackle and good rod bending suspence. No shots of an anchor going over so, assuming you spent all day drift fishing 🙄. You certainly had a great day weather wise. Also also a good selection of of baits too that all seemed to do really well. Definitely a red letter day and a lot of enjoyment for all of you. Cheers mate, Les.

Hi Les really was an amazing session we found fish very quickly and certainly planned the weather well. Most of the fishing was indeed on the drift we had great speeds both days between .4 and 2mph 🙂

Day two, looks a bit merky but they still keep coming and coming, boy O' boy you guys had two fantastic days, e'r ?? Definitely a few ****** bleeps on day two but, Hey'ho you we're in the moment, and being I guess natural, no airs or graces ? Great 👍 Robbie. Cheers mate Les.

Day two did colour up. We caught a little northerly swell coming back over the sand banks, it was pretty tame for my first go. There were quite a few moments where the excitement got the better of us. 😅 Cheers, Robbie
