Been using it for several hundred miles. Not a fucking peep! No leaking whatsoever. This stuff works as long as the leak in your car isn't severe.

Well done video! FINALLY! A little too much explaining unimportant things (like how the garage slopes) but still very time and energy efficient! You even explain and show, for those of us who cannot get to the radiator how and why to pour it into the overflow tank! THANK YOU!

pepper folks pepper. The good thing about pepper is it dissolves so you don't have to flush the crap out of your cars cooling system when you finally fix the actual issue.
@linsan2988 Жыл бұрын
Can it cause any damage after use? It goes in a system and afraid that instead of replacing minor things I will end up paying more at the for big fixes.

What worries me is that it will break down over time and the pieces will go throughout the engine and eventually destroy it.
@MrAresxy076 ай бұрын
Lol bars is older than your grandparents because it works there is no reason that bars should go to the engine unless you pour in the oil so u can buy the original bars which is better or kseal just make sure your flush your old coolant before doing this like this guy

I don’t know about Saab but most every vehicle circulates coolant though the heater core constantly; not when you turn the heat on.

i am in the middle of summer, doni nees to ride with the heater on or will it work with my air on? thank u for video
@OnTheWorkbench2 жыл бұрын
The heater core is one part of the coolant system that can corrode and leak. Letting the coolant fully circulate with the heat on will help ensure the system is sealed properly.

Hi. I just put a new radiator 3 years ago. Drove my Nissan 4 hours each way for work. The car did not heated up but the coolant is leaking very slowly. Would it make any damage to try this?

Doing it today, but new model is up, need an update. And my car is a Buick encore 2016. Any opinions on this car? It's my first car, still paying for it 😮💨😮💨😮💨

Gotta 2000 Buick Century... 😂 Fuck my life! Just to get to the radiator, I have to jack up the engine, remove the motor mounts, remove the brackets, remove the battery, remove the hoses, remove the little ring, remove the transmission lines, remove the fan... Now I am at the radiator... 😂 Party Time 🎉🎉

Yes after it sets. Drive it immediately after adding for 20 minutes give or take to make sure the thermostat opens, preferably with the heat turned up all the way. Then let it completely cool down for several hours minimum to let it set.

I don’t think I have a leak but when I checked coolant there was none . I replaced the therm, hoses, water pump good. I feel like the next thing would be my radiator ? Would I be safe to use this to prevent overheating ?
@Cub_K Жыл бұрын
Check your radiator fan. It could be broken and not keeping the radiator cool enough causing it to overheat and expel a shit ton of coolant. Happened to me.

Sadly the other reason could be Head gasket leak. Get it checked out. Ive dealing with this BS for the past 2 years when the previous owner told me it had no problems. Sadly I've been down the Head gasket game many times. One time I bought a 1987 BMW 325s I literally just got it home. And the timing belt snapped. Sadly buyer beware is the law in Canada. Maybe I could have tried small claims and won. My brother had just started praciting mechanic. I found a fair mechanic that charged 2500 for the work. PJc automotive. Timing belt and new heads. These cars have interference engine so serious problems can happen I enjoyed the car for a few more fun years.

It contains sodium silicate so becareful. Once I found the liquid came in contact with my spark plugs and sealed up the ignition points and the next day, the car failed to start and the plugs had to be replaced.

Hi yes I am currently experiencing a bad coolant leak the arrow thing on the dashboard is usually in the center of the C(cold) and the H(hot) but my 2008 Ford Edge just recently a few days ago started leaking little here little there but now has been leaking puddles of coolant under my car and I went to Autozone and I bought a Gallon of Shop Pro 50/50 antifreeze & coolant my car was all the way on the H and started to overheat and basically shut down so I pulled over turned the car off so it can cool down I popped my hood and looked at the coolant reservoir clear tank and there was absolutely no coolant inside so I took out the brand new Gallon of 50/50 I bought I took the cap off the reservoir put in my funnel started pouring in the 50/50 coolant little by little and as I continued to pour it just kept going down the tube of the reservoir like a toilet flushing? I mean I literally ended up pouring the whole gallon of 50/50 in and literally all of it went down the tube there wasn't a drop of coolant in the reservoir? Do you kbow why this is? Is that supposed to happen? But anyway I turned my car on and it was back in the middle between the C and H and I was able to drive home, I pulled up at my house turned off the car and hours later I went out just to turn my car on and check to make sure it wasn't back on the H or anything and the weird thing is that it was all the way on the C(cold) and coolant leaked out some when I first pulled up to my house but throughout the day did not leak as I did not drive it either, than this morning I got up got in my car started driving and it went back up but stayed in the center like its supposed to be so I was happy for that because my engine wasnt overheating and it stayed in the middle as I ran a few errands but on my way home it would go up a little bit towards the H but than back down to the middle so anyways I stopped and grabbed this exact "BAR'S LEAKS High Mileage Cooling System Repair" I have not put it in yet and I also bought another Gallon of Antifreeze Im going to apply both to my car tomorrow morning efore I head out! But can Someone PLEASE!!!! Answer why the whole gallon of 50/50 coolant went right down the tube and didn't stay in the reservoir?? Please I dont understand??
