Thank you so much for sharing this. I have celiac disease and buying starch already made is expensive. Now when I see sweet potatoes on sale I can buy several and make my own potato starch.

Wheat flour price is rising with ongoing conflict and we have an overproduction of potato this year, this is the alternative to regular flour ! Very informative video, thanks

I think this would be called the powder version It has to be squeezed dried and made crispy in the oven and made into powder with a pulverizer Not sure but it works for me I use it for beauty purposes Sweet potato has hyaluronic acid

Wow good to know, there are lots of sweet potato recipes that you can use them for. The starch doesn't have any taste, it tastes like the regular potato starch or cornstarch and you can use itt for baking too.

No this wouldn't work for swallow, but it can be used as a thickener in soups and sauces
