My best guess for the unlawful use of a communication devices that he caught that charge for streaming while he was holding the firearm as a felon. I think technically that could be considered communication to a wider audience since he was using his phone or computer or something to do it.

(2) "Communication device" includes mail, telephone, wire, radio, and any other means of communication. (b) A person commits the offense of unlawful use of a communication device if he or she knowingly uses any communication device in committing or in causing or facilitating the commission of any act constituting a: (1) Felony under this chapter; or (2) Felony inchoate offense under § 5-3-101 et seq. or this chapter. (c) Each separate use of a communication device is a separate offense under this section. (d) Any person who violates this section upon conviction is guilty of a Class C felony. Just thought I'd put this here, to explain what the charge is! Probably because he was streaming the incident.

Tramadol is basically the weakest synthetic opioid almost comparable to a strong Kratom extract but it can be prescribed off label for other things than just pain. So yea it’s an opioid, however some peoples bodies like myself don’t absorb it well so it depends on your genes. I once took about 10 and literally didn’t feel a thing. He should be on Subutex or Suboxone since I think they are phasing out Subutex. But in my experience Kratom especially the extracts hit harder than tramadol.
