Law enforcement would only get involved if the girl/parents or Twitch went to the authorities to file a report. Twitch was obviously more interested in burying the whole thing and hoping no one would ever find out. Who knows if the parents ever found out, but Twitch was willing and able to buy their silence for way less than the millions they threw at Doc to shut up and go away. If there was a criminal investigation and the cops decided that there wasn't sufficient cause to recommend charges, DD would be whipping that thing out now as an Uno reverse card.

If the timing of this new report is accurate, it would mean he was cheating AND sending messages to a separate minor during the same time period. And honestly, be was probably involved in some fashion with even more women (hopefully not girls) that we don't know about. He was/is an absolute mess.
