It doesn’t seem like a particularly mana intensive combo? More like just a over time easy kill, plus waiting a turn or 2 for the calender to get to like idk, 40 before playing all will be one is a good strat imo

It might not be an "infinite" combo, but it is for sure a "game winning synergy". I'm pretty sure the people who made Channel Into Fireball a meme were thinking "2 cards to deal lethal damage" counts as a combo xD

you could splash white for a dennick to protect the graveyard and get a little more value when it gets milled bit of a nombo with graveyard trespassers but it also protects against that. dennick protects against most incidental graveyard hate in standard.

I had considered this but ultimately gy hate really isn't that big of a deal. You just mill so fast you can always rebuild so long as you have enough of a library left. He made some wonky choices for this build though. Ancient One really just doesn't fit. At the end of the day it's just a bad Goyf with a cap to it's size in this type of build. Akawali is the shit though. Solves the chump blocker problem to some degree.

Reminds me of my first goyf deck I made in red/green that was ramp + cantrip with goyfs. This was back in 1997 though.

Why not use corpse cobble on a goyf to get evasive bodies to compliment big non-evasive bodies? Plus it has flashback, so you can mill the card and still use it.

Yea you can play 16 goyf at this point if you really want to. I find 10 to be plenty though.

Not gonna lie: this deck is TERRIBLE. I played against it just before opening yt and watching this video, I beat it without even trying with my also terrible WU Monastery Mentor deck lmao. The fact that Crim managed to win some games is quite impressive. Good content creator and good player!

Yea a lot of questionable choices with this build. Ancient One just doesn't make any sense here. It's just a bad goyf when you already have 4 different options for good ones. The self mill concept as a whole is solid though. My build is up to diamond with the new Ixalan tech. Was stuck in plat for the longest time been playing and tweaking the concept since Phyrexia.

@michaelcollins4534 would it do anything else? For 5 mana and a card, that certainly seems reasonable. Obviously I haven't considered all the implications of an effect like this, but i WAS kinda expecting it would involve a color other than just Black.

The calendar comboing with All will be one is the most boring way to play either of those card. People nowadays don't even have to work for their 2 card combos.
