The scale you start at 1:34 - Are muting with your left or right hand? Might as well get the right form from the beginning. Thanks :)

+CompletelySkewed It looks like I am lifting the bar slightly which is never the correct form! Normally when I play I pick block. Sometimes when I get lucky I palm block with my left hand.

+rzsdad1 Wow. Ok. So while playing the simple G Major scale here the bar should never leave the strings and all blocking or muting is done near the bridge?
@rzsdad1

+CompletelySkewed That would be the proper technique at least to my knowledge.

+rzsdad1 Thank you. I was become proficient at lifting and left hand blocking. Wrong this to do I now understand. Do you have an email addy on your web site? There is a document I'd like to send you. It would accompany this video very nicely and you're welcome to use it. Best Regards!
