Today’s prompt is OPEN. My daughter inspired my origami heart spread in the art journal today. I give a mini walk through on how best to make your own heart, but her version is super fun too. Don't be put off by trying something new, it can yield such fun results.
This whole messy month is all about trying new things and playing with art supplies for me, so adding origami to my book for the first time is a fun adventure. I also love the 3D element that makes the junk journal so thick and full!
This page is rather simple, but with all the other chaotic and heavily filled pages it’s a nice break to have a more plain background.
