Excellent Vidéo !!!! Very good job Very competent ! I have a small question On my V11 my brush doesn’t spin anymore So i checked the power supply coming out of the vacuum and there are no voltage ! What can be the pb ? Thank you for your precious help !!

Hi, is there a way to clean the connectors from the outside without opening it? It seems like something is wrong with mine as the cleaning brush is not rotating. Thanks!

nope you need to open it to clean it properly

Hello, I’m a repairer, I’m trying to learn how to repair Dyson, a customer asks me to change his case with the small screen (because of oxidation) you don’t show the disassembly of this part, is it possible to disassemble it? Or do we have to change it right away?

first they dont sell that part. also when you claim warranty they actually replace the whole thing instead of giving you the part. can you watch the video and tell me at what time i can see the part you want to replace

⁠ unfortunately the Dyson is no longer under warranty, what I want to open is this part that you hold in hand 50:20

@@noeclaeys7864 i apologised i have not open this part up yet. i recommend you find a replacement part instead of trying to fix it. it is probably held together by glue everywhere like the rest of the items
