Join Sara for this 25-minute breath and meditation practice to connect your energy to the universal energy and the energy of this amazing community. This is a balance of both giving and receiving of energy to be supported as well as nourish yourself from within. Sara guides you through a seated practice to open your heart. This is followed by a balancing breath practice and energetic meditation.
This is a wonderful practice to balance your energy, give out powerful energetic support to others, and calm your nervous system. Make yourself comfortable with any props you need to sit for a brief time. You can choose to sit or lie down for the meditation practice.
