Thank you, Sarah. I am considering hypnotherapy at the moment to help with my anxiety for recent cancer diagnosis, ovarian and uterine. I am mainly hopeful and grateful for the care I receive physically, mentally isn’t the best, although I was just evaluated by a Clinical Psychiatrist who I like and plan to ask her about a script for hypnosis during our next Telemedicine appt.

How about doing another like this and including 7/8 hours of relaxing music at the end so I can listen in bed at night and don’t need to worry about what’s going to happen after the meditation if I fall asleep. Thanks for this!

Big agree. And it took me decades to be able to relax enough to even be able to start to quiet my logical mind. Hypnotherapy can be a catch 22 for people with trauma.

Excellent interview! Subbed. You asked the type of questions one should ask when probing less well known technologies and avoiding the pseudo-scientific nonsense others might interject- I will avoid naming names. FWIW, I am a Spooky2 user and agree with what Brad stated.

Scalar or EEsystem??? Differences....benefits....downsides??
@michaelmasztal7871
@michaelmasztal7871 Ай бұрын
The EEsystem is quite a bit more costly than the Spooky2 Scalar. Both offer pure scalar, but the Spooky2 also has the ability to integrate Rife (a very important modality) as well as molecular options to its use.
@WildWestGal
@WildWestGal 21 күн бұрын
@@michaelmasztal7871 "...quite a bit more costly." I'll say it is! The smallest system EES sells goes for $15K😵‍💫 Spooky2 Scalar $1500. for the basic Scalar setup, up to $2400. with GeneratorX Pro Essential kit, and Harmony (sound) would add a bit more along with S/H costs. As you said, Brad said, and you noted, you have so many options and the ability to control it. I have all the Spooky2 major equipment and a few months ago treated myself to the PEMF Big Magic mat. Was sitting on it while watching this interview! Will also add that Brad is one of two of my favorite instructors. All the Spooky videos are available to watch for free. And incredible company living up to their Mission Statement!
@WildWestGal
@WildWestGal 21 күн бұрын
With Spooky2, there are no downsides that I can think of or imagine. The equipment they produce is top of the line, beautiful, and fully supported. As far as EES goes, I have friends who are willing to constantly pay hundreds of dollars per month for sessions and do claim they feel better. They'd feel just as good with Spooky with no ongoing costs. But each to his/her own. You can see my other reply just below under your thread regarding cost differences. ~ Be well!

I really enjoyed this interview. If I understood Mike correctly, he mentioned a 2 to one 1 between carbs and protein. I could never get there based on my current macros (60 to 70% carb, 15 to 20% fat, 15 to 20% protein). I eat between 300-350 g of carbs per day. So with a two to one ratio between carbs and protein, means I would need to have 150 to 175 g of protein per day. Never gone that high. Maybe I need to go higher on the fat, no less than 20% per day.

@@TheMindfulMovementinMotion pretty well. I used to be vegan high carb lowfat, but that was too restrictive. I have upped fat and still eat mostly Whole Foods plant based but now with more fat and some animal protein (eggs, cheese, fish, bison). I do like nuts, but I don’t do the Pufa oils.

@WildWestGal
@WildWestGal 21 күн бұрын
Yes, you can. Whether you'll be able to do without glasses depends on what your eye issues are. You increase the likelihood of a positive outcome if you get the Scalar w/GeneratorX Pro Essential Kit. You'll have everything you need to work on your eyes, and the computer program that runs the generator is completely free and is updated weekly with new frequencies and upgraded every few months. The online classes are free, the videos can be watched as often as you like for free, the FB group is great and the Spooky Forum gives you everything you need. Btw, Brad is one of two of my favorite instructors. Disclaimer: I do not work for Spooky2. I am a very happy end user.

My question is then, what is the receiver? Aren’t they both transmitting? What is the difference between the transmitter and receiver? I don’t understand receiving part.
@michaelmasztal7871
@michaelmasztal7871 Ай бұрын
The best way to understand the receiver is the noise-cancelling headphone technology analogy he gave. A noise-cancelling headphone receives the ambient noise which would typically be heard with the music, instantly samples it and sends an identical, real-time, out of phase signal which cancels the ambient noise, so you hear only the music.
