This is why I am ServSafe, and even though it is only required for managers on duty, it will be a requirement for my entire staff. I am a complete germaphobe; however, my workers has to be clean and training is required as well. I hope Ramsey can visit my restaurant once I open or before to help me get open.

It was the comment of the waitress for me, "oh, we don't use that side of the oven" are you serious, that is just disgusting. I could not be an health inspector, every restaurant will have a low grade or be shut down.
