It is so true what you say about taking videos, my wife and I took thousands of pictures during our 50 years together. Now that she’s passed I long to hear her. I have a few videos and her voice mail but it will never be enough.

As someone who has been with you since almost the beginning, it was fun to reminisce. Ok, now you have to make a video about your down time😂. Hardly an episode where Crystal took lead. Podcast advice, minimize the cross-talk and interruptions. Kinda the podcast equivalent of learning to look into the camera. 10 episodes and it’s still a pleasant surprise to see your faces pop up on a Wednesday.

I have a recording of my husband voice from his job and every time I really wish I could here his voice I go and listen to that. He died Dec 4, 2011 and I miss him soon much. 😢

This was so informative! We started making videos about 2 years ago and are experiencing some of your early struggles. We so wish we had mentors like you guys!

Thank you both for a brilliant podcast, I've been enjoying them since you started doing them. My favourite thing you do is all the technical stuff, from construction to wiring to digging trenches. I am honestly jealous of what you have learnt and can do. I would love to be able to do a quarter of what you do construction wise. Yes the regulations might be different where I live, but both of you having the courage and positivity to do all of it. When you first started the cabin project I so wanted to be there with you getting dirty, cutting bushes down n building your new home up. Now for me it's only a dream. Theres a whole back story, which has shaped and affected me know, but and has caused health issues. Which I'm working through. I suppose what I'm trying to say the long way round is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. For what you did, what you have done and what you are going to do. From me personally you have helped me get through some really rough times. I really appreciate you for that. If it wasnt for both of you and a few others, I may not have been here today. I'm not sure you will read this, as it's long and for you I'm an unknown, you dont know me, so why would you read it. The reason I hope you do is so I know you know you are appreciated, loved and respected. I remember you four driving back from Guatemala, after staying at someone's farm? It seemed like you GUNNED it back, from this end it appeared someone had a lead foot!! I assumed (what do I know?) that you guys had made it - as far as making money via KZfaq at that point. I loved the Canadia (yes, I spelled that how I wanted to) vlogs. It's so nice to listen to you both talking about this journey you're on with so much passion. I came to your channel during the pandemic. Being in Australia, in strict lockdown, youtube travel vlogs became such an escape. It's so beautiful to see the world through the eyes of others. Once you moved to the cabin, watching you both learn every week, and seeing the vision you have slowly coming to life, has been absolute soul food. Way back when I first discovered your videos I just kept watching because Crystal was so darned cute. lol Then I binge watched all the van videos and just when I was about satisfied you got the cabin and I was intrigued by what were two fun loving, adventurous, girls going to do with this mess? OMG! Then watching what two girls who admitted they knew nothing about what they taking on did the most incredible things that I as a former renovator all my life would find challenging, was so fascinating! Every week I saw what you were about to do and thought, right, this ain't going to go well, but then you excelled at it, all the time having so much fun. Love you guys!

Unfortunately, technology exceled after my family died. I enjoy watching your podcasts. Lee always shared the pie are epic words. P.S. I am camera shy, I would never be able to take a video of myself. Your personalities are charming. I enjoy watching you do your magic on your property. When I grew up, women did not have options and were told we could either be a housewife or be a teacher or nurse, not a abundance of opportunities.
