In this video, I build a coal network with about 10 coal mines feeding one power station. Plus I fast forward through most of the boring parts! Everyone wins! Thanks for watching!

I hope Amy had a great day! Also I quite enjoy your small openttd series. I like your audio quality and approach to the topic in general.

Very good video. Getting back into OpenTTD recently and it's always been about the trains for me! Roll on roll off stations are just so much more satisfying than terminus stations and I love the idea of train networks and reusing rails.

Superbe vidéo qui m'a fait comprendre comment on construit sa main-line au fur et à mesure et comment s'y connectent les lignes secondaires. Merci infiniment ! Et Bonnes Fêtes tant qu'on y est :D ___ Great video that made me understand how you build the main-line as you go along and how the secondary lines connect to it. Thank you so much! And happy holidays while we're at it: D

It's so easy when you have perfectly flat terrain...
@waveofbabies35655 жыл бұрын
Yeah man, I find it more interesting to focus more on the challenges of building a complex network rather than the challenges of dealing with the terrain.

@@HelmutKohlrabi eyyy Hopefully soon (tm) turned into 2 years, and this time it's a different game entirely, but it's a similar Let's Play style! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/as59gcqbqpiVYqs.html

all u need to do with path is put one in entry and no block signals that u have near station and 1 block signal closest to the exit from station
@coolaid52724 жыл бұрын
I started using only path... speeds up workflow, and I haven't found any downsides yet

6 years later, I've finally got some more OpenTTD videos!

I just started up a new Let's Play! Kerbal Space Program this time instead of OpenTTD, but I'm trying to approach it with a similar style. Hope you like it! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/f7-dosKWldnaqok.html

How did you change track types like you were scrolling through it?
@waveofbabies35655 жыл бұрын
Hey, sorry, 2 years late on this, but I was using auto tracks - you don't need to manually scroll through them when you're using them - it just automatically selects the type of track based upon where your cursor is in the square
@hugofranich12629 жыл бұрын
what do u press to auto place all the signals on the track?
@waveofbabies35658 жыл бұрын
+Hugo Franich I'm 9 months late here, but you hold control, click on a signal, and drag in the direction you want to build them in.

Lol I checked if it wasn't mine notification, just in case. (rolled video back to see, if it is in video again)

This is pretty much entirely negated by path signals
@waveofbabies35658 жыл бұрын
+Dodger B Yeah, you can use path signals. I find block signals to be more fun to play with, though. I like the puzzle aspects of figuring out where to place the right signals, and also the very precise control I have over the flow of the trains through the blocks.
