I'm sure almost everyone loves pancakes. But I know that many people are afraid to cook them themselves because something never worked out. I assure you that these thin pancakes with kefir will definitely be beautiful and delicious. I decided to make kefir pancakes because they are more lush and soft. And instead of stuffing, he made a sauce, which he learned from a housewife during his travels in Kyiv region. It is a combination of melted butter and honey. Pancakes are soaked in this creamy sweetness and become even tastier.

Ingredients for perfect pancakes
650 ml of kefir 2.5%
1 egg
1 st. l. sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
200 g of wheat flour
½ tsp. spoons of soda
5 st. l. oil
pinch of salt
For the sauce:
50 g of butter of any fat content
2 st. l. honey
Step-by-step recipe for making kefir pancakes
Prepare all the ingredients for making kefir pancakes with honey sauce and butter. They should all be at room temperature, so get them out of the fridge beforehand.
For the dough, pour 200 g of flour into a large bowl, beat 1 egg and pour 650 ml of kefir 2.5%. Pour ½ tsp. spoons of soda, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 10 g of vanilla sugar, ½ tsp. spoons of soda and a pinch of salt.
Thoroughly mix the dough with a whisk so that no lumps remain. If desired, strain it through a sieve to make the texture more uniform.
Pour into a bowl to the dough 5 tbsp. l. oil and stir again to distribute the oil.
Fry the pancakes in a dry preheated pan for about 1-1.5 minutes. When small bubbles appear on the surface and the edges become more golden, you can already turn over. Fry the pancake on the other side for about half a minute.
For the sauce, melt 50 g of butter from 2 tbsp in a frying pan. l. honey. Stir to combine and pour over the finished pancakes.
