This is probably the greatest Nopie episode. Sam playing off Jim and Ant instead of being the Opster's parrot actually makes him much more enjoyable. If anyone listens to this clip a lot, do yourself a favor and Google the video available where the audio of this show is played over the CGS episode.

Sam is a thousand times worse than Opie. He’s literally unlistenable. I had to pause at 31 seconds in and came to comments. I refuse to listen to anything that dweeble is on. This was toward the end of O&A, always easy tell soon as I hear that moron Sam I k on now this was the end days all down hill from here out.

+anadryantontine Yeah, but later on in the show, instead of hearing Alec Baldwin whine about what a shitty place NYC is turning into (which is both entertaining and true; I was dying to hear Jimmy's take), we were regaled with yet another 20 minute story from Ant's tin-knocking days. So glad he's gone and never coming back.

Corbin Stereoni gonna have to agree to disagree I guess, but how can you hear stories from a guy who worked his ass off half of his life, and was able to get into a business that showed his true talent. I hate that he got fired. dude is an inspiration to hard working guys that want a better life.

Hahahaha wonderful. The man playing "Ghost Edgar", according to IMDB, is Jeffrey Alan Solomon, or Jeff Solomon for short. Someone made a post titled "It's Edgar" on the boards for his personal IMDB page, saying only "My teeth are dry.." and HE RESPONDED. He has his own IMDB account named jsolomonmusic. He answered "I never look at messages here. That was some memorable dialogue. You remembered."

I start to forget how good they were back in the days. Jimmy got them to film a reenactment of a tied up Edgar telling the mob that his mouth is dry. Nowadays he just complains about things not being fresh enough.

This made me laugh out loud. Jimmy's great. I don't watch celebrity ghost stories but i was switching through the channels one day and it was on and I saw that Jim Norton was the guest and watched it because it was him. Nice to hear him talk about it.

I’ve actually never heard of celebrity ghost stories until I heard this bit. I was able to understand the premise of the idea of the show, and I laughed so hard when the reveal of Edgar. In a way that I’m a little bit bummed out, because had I known about celebrity ghost stories, and watched a few and being entertained by it , I would’ve probably laughed twice as hard hearing Jim Norton story

Jim actually told this story years before this. Minus the mentioning of Edgar. However he did mention the mafia activity the hotel was infamous for.

No he didn’t. In the original story he brought up dice gave him a suit in an old mob hotel and he heard talking in the hallway. That’s it. He’s sense jokes about this appearance and A&E has removed the episode from everything. You can buy episode, sure, but A&E doesn’t show this episode
