Calvin isn't perfect and neither is Oprah, people do make mistakes, and I'm quite sure someone was forgiving to her when she made her mistakes. If he wanted another hand-out from her, he would've been asked her years ago. Back then, he was young and naive and didn't see the importance of his future. At least he has a family of his own, and now understands.

I love to read things like this where a wealthy, well known celebrity helps out a regular person. I've met Oprah and I must say she is all together a lovely presence. She has a high level of integrity and there's something about her that just cares. I hope she never loses that ability to connect & care. I do hope she has learned to discern with whom to invest her attention, money & time. I've learned that's the thing The Universe wants us to sharpen: our ability to discern. Especially in matters of the heart, finances, safety & building friendships with the right people. Anyway, meeting Oprah was one of the best days of my life. I didn't need a hand out (thankfully) but I did get to hold her hand for some time. I love my Lady O.
