I wasn't satisfied with my damage (either lack of good weapons, or I just sucked), so for the arena, I went with a full-on Support and Tankiness build, letting my friend kill nearly everything with Mordecai. I was mostly distracting enemies or sitting next to him just firing full assault rifles magazines at him, he normally had survivability issues, but he rarely went down during our arena runs. =] We never found any Pearlescent weapons either. In Borderlands 2 we have like 6-7 already, though we played a bit more maybe.

@@saoirseae6584 I'm torn between my 300/60 shield that gives 40% health boost vs quick regen. Maybe since I have two points in aid station I should just keep using the boost shield. It's too bad that the 40% seems to only apply to his base health. In other words if I max out fitness I'm still only going to get 40% compared to his health before you buy fitness.

@@guybrushthreepwood8174 I'd pretty much always favor the Regen. This game applies 'health gating', so you can't die in one hit if your health/shields are sufficiently high (relevant vs Crawmerax); that makes healing more important the raw health-score, usually.

team ammo regen is my favorite part of roland. been doing a playthrough as the siren and its been bugging me so bad, there are only so many guns with ammo regen and none of them launchers lol

It should just be a normal remaster. They are going to adjust some things (boss fight), fix some bugs, and add some minor things (5 new legendaries and cosmetics, etc.). It's possible they could nerf some things, but I think it is very unlikely and this guide should still apply.

I felt like an idiot for investing in my turret so much when I saw this, but in-game my turret really does a lot of damage. As I just wrote if I leave it unattended it will wreck a bunch of enemies and often as much as I kill. Not sure if that is because of the elemental damage or because of my upgrades as I cannot compare (yet). So although I agree with the creator that the turret is mainly a great distraction to absorb enemy attention in my experience it's also a savage slaying machine.

Yeah didn't watch the video in its entirety, but like mention that crud at the beginning next time, but still my fault for not watching it all first, keep up the awesome videos though, they are badass!

That's a really cool twist! I'd written off the Terrible Carnage line, but I've also never tried them in the lategame with elemental modifiers. Very conceivable that they could shred enemies with elemental weaknesses!

I play as Heavy Gunner as it is the best com for Roland from a DPS perspective. As for guns I use the Ajax Ogre, Serpens, S&S Crux or Maliwan Plague as main shotguns. I recommend to always keep a Vengeance around, for the bypass shield glitch. Secondary guns that are useful are the Draco, Invader (sniper), Destroyer, Hammer. Use a pangolin shield with a large capacity. Corrosive Bouncing Betty grenades to infect your enemies and increase the damage of your shots.

It doesnt suck, I've been running a melee/elemental hybrid Lilith as of late and it's a blast, absolutely slaughtered the 5 round Underdome. Theres also a fun little glitch in that if you achieve negative cooldown of Phasewalk (meaning Phasewalk is back up before it ends) your melee atacks wont end the Phasewalk allowing you to hit multiple 800% boosted melee attacks.

It is pretty funny, what you do is run a catalyst com for cd reduction spec into both of lilths cooldown skills then you just need to set enough dots to get 3 kills while Phasewalked. I generally only get enough time to get about 4 melee's off but thats enought to kill 4 little guys or one boss.

@@ElmoIzMeh I'd say so for all types of play. Stockpile is a little bit bad compared to that tree's capstone, but it's better than Defense imo

I'm guessing that because that also increases the time each burst takes, it end up laying out so that it reduces the number of bursts while out enough that the total number of bullets fired before deactivating is less than having more but shorter bursts. If you could increase how long it stays out, then doing the math right you could increase the bullets and damage, but you can't... right?

64 base game + 4(8) for completing each dlc (idk if you get another skill point from beating the dlc on playthrough 2, if not, then 4, if yes, then 8)
