Squigs for everyone.... but i really hope we get a new Ork... almost all the DLC have been gobbo legendary lords

Gorbad and a high tier melee cav could be cool to see since the rest of orc cav is all tier 2/3 shock

For the squig globba it would be fitting it rampage when an enemy unti gets close

I think they could go for Vortex style ability for Mangler Squig. Normally they are just chariot/ war beast. With normal run and attack animation. But if you turn on their ability, they will become randomly fast moving Vortext for a bit, many 5-10 second? . After that they need a long recharge time.

I'm hoping for a Savage Orc Great Shaman Lord. That way we get the Big Waaagh Lore for in the Lord Slot. But also that Lord could also be used for the AI Savage Orc factions.

There’s one Greenskin unit no one brings up: an Arachnarok variant equipped with a net/web launcher loadout. Imagine the utility of pitting enemies in place, without having to select an upgraded Wurrzhag as your Lord.

EDIT: I had another idea for Mangla implementation. Treat them like chariots. But instead of pulling cart, there's just a bunch of chains forcing them to run/bounce next to each other. Maybe there can be a ball of locks and tether chains bouncing behind them. And of course, we need flailing goblins on the top, just like the Hoppas. Perhaps the Mangla Squigs could be a Vortex ability that pops out of a unit of Night Goblins, the way Fanatics are. It could be Night Goblins with polearms, and you could call them the Squig Herdas. Makes sense for them to be together, yes?

I think it would be very weird to have a gobbo in an DLC that consists of melee/beatstick factions. My hope is Gorbad, jus feels weird pitting a gobbo against a khorne and ogre lord

i think this orc dlc wont have a theme just giving some new units that are not just reskins with slightly new stats but i do think its an orc legendary lord that starts in black crag or iron rock with the faction you start off at war with being those skaven or those dwarves next to black crag

I have a feeling that cavalry based legendary lords are going to be the focus for this DLC. You have Gorbad Ironskin on his boar or Gtilla, Arbaal on the hound of Khorne, and then that other ogre character who has that demonic mount.

I think the Mangler Squigs could be done as a bound models much like kislev sleds and Chorf trains are. Also Snotlings sound like a potencial support unit by having an aura that regens fatigue or hp. Otherwise I could see them throwing the mushroms that poison the enemy and apply various debuffs depending on mushroom colour variant. Basicly orc version of the dwarf miners.

They will go for gorbad, they need 3 badass lords to draw people in to bump sales. Khorne will get the free LL

Having seen the vid yesterday with the anouncement of Gorbad, they have emphasised the squigyness so i hope they add a savage orc great shaman, savage orc big boss, and a unit of savage orcs with big stabbaz. An alteration on the stabba beimg a weapon team and instead making a kind of orc pikeman anti large to make up for the lack of spear armed units but with a really iconic and silly unit

I hadn't thought about the Black Gobbo before, I kind of forgot he existed. Since he's a bit more 'whimsical' and classic funky fantasy, perhaps he's better suited to being a Legendary Hero?

I can't imagine they would Squig Gobba completely unbreakable, or that they would tie it to one place for the entirety of the battle. The latter would be a sensible rule for some of the siege units in this game, but GW has never implemented those even when it would make sense. I can only assume it's because they didn't know (or won't bother) how that type of unit would behave in an Ambush battle, where the idea is that no one has set up for battle. Even though it's not realistic, since things like catapults, trebuchets, and primitive canons had be assembled on the battlefield, and carried in pieces. Also, what about just a variant for Rock Lobbas that launch 2 or 3 squigs instead of rocks? Ammo type for clearing out infantry. I'm sure the lore features that. I remember it being mentioned in the prologue for the MMO, how the Orc faction leader ambushed a Dwarf army.

My prediction is that Gorbad Ironclaw will be the Orc leader and his disappearance will be explained as him disappearing into the Realm of Khorne. Far fetched perhaps but remember that no one knows what happened to Gorbad. If the dawi did kill him, they would definitely have written it down. So maybe it gets rewritten that Gorbad got snatched by Khorne or something before being killed.

Snotlings could work just fine, if the Goblin Spears could finally be given anti-large damage or any type of charge defense. Finally give the Greenskins ANY kind of real spearman unit. (Which is why I'd also like either Boys with spears, or Savage Big Stickas; the latter can just be made into a halberd unit). The notable thing about Snotlings is that while they were weaker, they were much less likely to route. Their lore says they're just too stupid to realize how badly screwed the situation is, compared to conniving and paranoid goblins. I think of them as the Minions from the Overlord games. This could be reflected with Immune to Psychology, along with maybe a higher Leadership score.

I've never played anything warhammer, but I totally dig your content, very entertaining, and I'm leaving this comment in support of your channel.

If we dont get a spear variant for the orcs maybe have hill goblins with spears and shields but they have anti large compared to normal goblins and overall a bit or alot better for a goblin as they are the biggest goblinoid correct me if i am wrong but they are bigger than hobgoblins not height wise about the same height almost or as tall as humans butt brawnier then hobgoblins and they fit better than any other goblin unit as they are bigger and stronger. it would fit the theme of the dlc and would be a good cheaper anti large option for greenskin in early to middle of a campaign. just an idea if they are going to have a goblin unit rather then snotling horde or forest goblins already have spider riders fits the theme better once again but if it is only going to be orcs and squig thats fine as well.

imma imagine that they'd have the squigs tied to crude carts in warhammer 3.

Give snotlings an ability that when you launch them in and squigs or trolls come up behine them, sacrifice the snotling troop to give your hungry boys a massive attack bonus for a short period of time (they'll likely have to frenzy or AOE attacks might hit friendly units)

Something that would be cool if CA and games workshop release new content together again. So for example there would be some new lord and units in the old world and CA imeadiately makes a dlc about it, that would suprise thr heck outta everyone

If the LL is Gorbad or Gorfang I think alot of people would be happy, they only literally have 1 Orc LL which is Azhag (Grimgor is a black orc and Wurrzag a savage orc shaman). I have a feeling 1 of them may be the FLC LL though.

I've been wanting the Goblin Spear Chuka for a while. Make it an anti-Large field gun piece(220ish range akin to long rifle units). Gorbad is almost certainly the one. Gtilla as an FLC with a special roster from the Chaos Dwarf Hobgoblins would be really cool though. Skitgit the Black Gobo should be a LH for sure I think. Snagla would be cool too. Orc Great Shaman GL for sure. Savage Orc Big Boss GH also, but maybe they surprise us with a hobgoblin one that's cav focused. I think we'll get some boar boy variants, but also shielded Orc Boy Big Un and Black Orc variants. I don't think these variants will necessarily count, and they'll throw snotlings in as a fun nurgling-like tarpit swarm.

DLC where we get a new lord and new stuff for them his cool but i always love it when the new stuff buffs old lords too. Squigs would buff Skarsnik up a lot.

They seem to be doing units that I've seen modded or displayed in cinematic battles.

I don't know if it's according to lore or makes any sense, but i would love some 'shotgun' wielding short range double barreled orc gunners with a Lord that is able to ride an orcish tank. But, don't hate, it's just something I think would be very funny and would make a fun greenskin campaign.

Flying unit and elite melee unit for Orcs (like aspirant champion) and Maybe a Pierced Armor range unit is neaded

Id love to have Gorfang, i like big beatstick characters, and i would be stunned if CA said "well we have Khorne, and we have Ogres, so we're gonna do a sneaky little gobbo for the orks!" Doesn't fit the apparent theme at all imo. And Gorfang fits it very well imo, plus he's known pretty well and technically already in the game Definitely not interested in a goblin

I hope for a Hobgoblin Khanate addition. There is a hole at the center of the Total War Warhammer III universe. It is the absence of a dedicated highly mobile cavalry faction. The Hobgoblin Khanate as the not-Mongols of the Warhammer World would fill that gap nicely.

I would love to see Grumlock & Gazbag the Greenskin leaders of Warhammer Online:Age of Reckoning. I have their mini from back in the day.
