It's because the accent is so strong in such a young child. It is unusual for the accent to be so strong already but it shows the baba is listening and learning at quite an advanced rate.

There's an aspect of autism where kids of a very young age can read EXTREMELY well. It like "hyperliteracy" or something. And I'm not sure but there might be a speech version and she understands everything said and everything she's saying but her tounge coordination is not quite as good as the adults yet. Hyperliteracy in autism is an absolutely phenomenal kind of superpower of you look into it.
