No doubt! Combination of work, bad weather, and not enough people on the boat has kept me away from getting on party boats. 10-12 trips canceled this year I think.

That's a tough question. I was just on Ocean Obsession last Friday, but I had the lens cap on the GoPro for half of the trip, so we'll see if there's anything worth uploading. I caught a keeper cobia, a sheepshead (Before we started moving, I was pitching shrimp), few keeper mangrove snappers, and a lane snapper. All in all, I did well. I think mates are great on both of the boats. OP: Bigger boat, more seating, and you can sit up on the upper deck as well. Deckhands are very efficient at seeing tangles and untangling them. You can also select the stern/side railings in advance. OO: Both breakfast and lunch are both exceptional. Stern spots are based on honor system and you can't book spots in advance. It's fishing and it's different day to day (They go to different spots and move on if the spots are not producing). I think it will come down to space vs. food vs. being able to book spots in advance. Tight lines!
