No unnecessary oil, or ghee! One of the best briyani recipe i have ever seen. I have tried similar recipes like this ‘Dindugul Thalapakatti Briyani’ but this seems a little different to that. I’m definitely trying this recipe. Thanks Deena for showing this recipe, and i hope the cook gets more love from all Tamil people. Please do more videos with this master chef. Chef, at 7:13 Mr.Rajan says that for 1kg rice he uses 50g garlic and 50g ginger (so ginger-garlic paste totally is 100g for 1kg). So, for 3kg, the amount should be 300g. In your description, it says only 150g.
