Hey Vijo...I have been regularly working out past 6 yrs..so far I couldn't succeed in pull ups.. couple of times I did focused training to do pull ups.... everything works perfectly fine negative pull ups .. assisted pull up s with band etc but couldn't succeed in doing a pull up with zero assistance..Is there any limitations for female s to achieve their first pull up or they need any different kind of training.. what's your training experience on this?

92 കിലോ ഉണ്ട് ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ 3 pullup പറ്റും എത്ര ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് 8 ആകാൻ പറ്റും ഫുഡ് കുറച്ചാൽ മതി യോ

@vijo fitness & lifestyle - 1. Is it ok to train for pull up progression every day or 5/6 days a week? 2. Can you include for each progression, how many sets and reps we should be able to do for us to progress to the next progression level? 3. I can do only 2 reps in a set. Out of all the progressions you have mentioned, should I be training only one progression at one time before I move to the next? or should I try to do 3 or 4 progression work outs in one session? - Thank you
