The “bugs” that they are seeing were actually the seeds falling out of the strawberry. The salt just loosens the seeds and the water just will make them come out.

Funfact: when they put the strawberries in the salt water those “bugs” were the seeds of the strawberry! Not all of them but those very little brown ones were the seeds! No hate on him. I thought they were bugs too until my Mom told me I looked and realised she was right✌️😀
