I was 39 weeks pregnant it was new years night. I felt a severe abdominal pain and my contractions is in between 1 to 2 mins then every 30 seconds. My husband and I traveled for 40 mins to the hospital. I was diagnosed also with pre eclampsia too. They had to lower my BP until I was wheeled to the OR for emergency C section. The epidural anesthesia didn’t work, they have to intubate me for general anesthesia. I thank God me and my son were both safe.

Central margin; happened before my 20th week. They found the blood when I went to my ultrasound for my baby’s gender. Everything seemed normal until my labor. Hemorrhaging and had to have an emergency C-section. None of the risk factors associated. I was terrified

@@johannaramirez2861 hey! I'm not sure unfortunately as to when it could happen but definitely keep an eye on feeling pain or dark red bleeding in the third trimester. I had dark red bleeding, intolerable back pain to where walking was agonizing & abdominal pain. If you feel something unusual is going on inside you , go to E.R asap, when I suspected the bleeding was serious even though I didn't know what placental abruption was, I went to hospital because I didn't think the bleeding was ok. Go get checked out when you think something is wrong. Also get an ultrasound & frequent doctor checkups in third trimester because I've had my friends experience placental abruption & they didn't even know it until it was too late and they nearly died and had a still birth. In this kind of situation it's always better to be safe than sorry because this can happen to anyone

This happened to me at 38 wk mark, i was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, was induced, given epidural. I thought i had used the rr and it was my watee breaking and there was an abruption and huge blood clots. Luckily my son and i were fine.. it was super scary

All the reasons listed I didn’t have. And had an ultrasound the day before the abruption no signs. Grateful my baby is here and healthy just wonder wat was the cause for me.

This happened to me when i was pregnant with my twins. I worked in a factory and wore steel toe boots on concrete for 8 hours a day. My dr knew this and wouldnt put me on maternity leave. I was at work and left one day because i was having pains from the night before and they wouldn't go away. I left work, got home and not even 10 minutes later i started pouring blood. My bf drove me to the hospital. They did an ultrasound and heard my son's heart beat but barely heard hers. I was rushed into surgery. Didnt remember anything afterwards. Went to the NICU the next day to see both of my babies 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 the nurse told me me and my baby girl was lucky because her placenta erupted. Im very thankful and blessed to be here.

This was happened on my 7th month onn last 4th of april 2023. I went to doctor for normal check up..that time there is no heart beat ..send to emergency. Next day delivery had done .i lost my baby girl .for me there is no symptoms like bleeding , pain . So this abrubtion can happen without pain and bleeding

it had happened to my wife. Heavy bleeding occurred at the beginning of 33 weeks. He was immediately admitted to the hospital and a baby boy was delivered by caesarean section. My son who was on ventilator for 2 days due to underdeveloped lungs died unfortunately. We still don't understand how this happened when all the scan reports were normal...

I'm really sorry for your losses. Also happened to me a week ago. Assumed it was labour but the bleeding and contractions were inconsistent. Had c section done and my boy was in the NICU for 4 days. Grateful he made it out. All scans showed no signs so I do not know how it came about.

I had abruption with vaginal bleeding 2 weeks ago like 9cm and again after 1 week with 7cm now the bleeding is decreased but doctor has suggested bed rest...currently I'm in the 7th month.. I'm not familiar with the medical terms... Is there any severe problem please anybody tell me...

Shreya, I am sorry u have experienced that. I hope things turned out okay for u and your baby. I am concerned because you chose to come online to seek answers that should be answered by your own doctor. 🥺 Sometimes we talk fast and assume ppl are following our thoughts but not always that is true. Please every time you get confused, are not following the explanation or have any doubts talk to your doctor who is the best person to give you personalised advise and explanation. Do never feel embarrassed or as if you are asking too much. It is our job to ensure we explain the conditions and you feel comfortable and reassured by understanding the problem and the plan. 🙏🏻

Hello.. Everyone who asked me how I'm now.. I'm perfectly fine my baby is also fine... Thank you for your concern.. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 And the reason for asking my doubts online was.. my doctor suggested me to take bed rest and i was taking bed rest at the hospital... As the hospital bill was increasing day by day i asked my doctor that is it okay that i take rest at home.. But they didn't allow to go home and said to take rest at hospital only.. I had to bed rest until my due date.. So it would be around 3 months.. That was the problem that's why i asked..and when i asked doctor what could be the reason for the abruption they said it could be anything in some cases it happens.. They were not sure of anything... And they were taking our signature in their letters that if anything happens to me it could only our responsibility not theirs.. They took the signature when i was taking bed rest in the hospital itself... That was bothering very much at that time... At last after 2 weeks we shifted to another hospital and their they did scanning and said baby's growth is on low profile immediately ciserian is needed and next day my baby boy was born... But his weight was only 1.236 kg and had breathing difficulty so he was in Nicu for 3 weeks and now we both are at home perfectly fine....❤️

It happened to my two weeks ago and we lost our baby😞. If you feel anything wrong with you or the baby, get it immediately checked. I was pretty healthy throughout my pregnancy and everything happened in just last 10 mins while delivering the baby. God bless you and the little one.

@@poornimamohandoss4371 I live in the US. Doctors told me every baby has a different placenta. So it’s not always expected to happen the same, but we have to be extra careful during next pregnancy. Did you also have placental abruption?

I was affected by placental abruption in my 37th week...I didn't hav any symptoms like bleeding,pain or any kinda symptoms...I realised tat my baby movement was stopped fr a while...so tat I rush to hospital...Doct said tat I hav internal bleeding ...Blood was clot inside so I didn't get vaginal bleeding...I lost my baby at 37 weeks of pregnancy...still I can't believe that I hav lost my baby...Every scan reports are normal..I dnt hav high bp,sugar or low AF...Everything was normal still doct dnt knw hw it happened within a night...This s my second pregnancy...

My condolences s, this happened to me as well. Was 42 weeks pregnant and in labour, I had no bleeding or signs, when I got to the hospital, baby was already gone, i was completely devestated.

Either way it still happens & it's a horrific experience knowing your baby is breech along with having placental abrution. While I was bleeding so much that the Dr & nurses were slipping on my blood that had spilled over the bed onto the floor while trying to rush me & my son to the o.r & while I feel myself getting colder & more tired I knew my son was also dying as well. He went over 6 min without any blood supply or oxygen if it wasn't for my truly amazing Dr Hordynski we both would have died. It's truly a miracle my son didn't die or have any kind of brain damage besides being a couple weeks early & a little small my miracle son was perfectly healthy:)

This was amazing thank you for beautiful and simple explanation ❤🤍 But i think the arrows were wrong in 1:30 because in fetus,it's the vein that receives the nutrients and the oxygen, and the artery does the opposite Anyway it's not big deal actually, just i noticed that and wanted to say it, thx again ❤🤍
