literally took personal notes from this! 😂 This is the content I need on the daily! What you're explaining is called "Digital Detox", and it is something I struggle to achieve as a student who uses a variety of devices. But yes, we waste time with our devices instead of being present in our surroundings. We could really make someone's day in those 5-10 minutes of waiting instead of relying on our connections through a screen.

We really do! Our devices are great for what they provide. We just can’t let them take over.

I believe this is true for majority of Americans…….Being on the phone isn’t bad for you depending on what you are doing.If you are an instagram influencer or or Social media Influencer you need to be on your phone its how you make money etc etc etc Some of us are being productive on our phones…..i dont watch TV i dont even own a TV…..but cheap entertainment keep people distracted and poor…..
