I love to see people pleasantly surprised by the value of some of the things they have. I like it even more when they choose to keep things in their family except in cases in which the sale of inherited items saves a home from repossession or enables relief from a dire situation. Then it become a bittersweet event.

0:01 is the stupidest why of saying he inherited them from his second cousin. But no, he says, my moms mother got them from her cousin, that belonged to his parents. Good grief. Or why didn't he say they used to belong to my Great Aunt and Uncle. That would make it clear.

Does he have to make a comment after every statement? Extremely distracting and annoying. This is a very bad habit that a lot of people have in conversation.
