Жыл бұрынRooster Cogburns Ostrich Farm near Picacho Peak just off I-10 between Phoenix and Tucson is the BEST Roadside Attraction! We used to visit this farm frequently years ago when it was a small roadside attraction featuring just ostriches. We visit once again and this place has grown into a full fledged petting zoo type stop where you can feed all sorts of animals. SO MUCH FUN for the entire family!
Rooster Cogburn's Ostrich Ranch is considered Arizona's Premiere Outdoor Family Fun Attraction and for good reason! This is a three generation ostrich ranch and it has been featured on a number of TV shows such as "Extreme Roadside Attractions", "Amazing Animals" and "Arizona Highways". Come and see what you've been missing!
This family fun attraction is located right next to Picacho Peak State Park off of I-10 between Phoenix and Tucson.

Thank you for the visit! Glad y’all had a good time. We do have to be a bit “stingy” with the token feed machines so that the chickens, rabbits and ducks don’t get over fed thru the day. 😊

But I will say it does look like the machine you used for the rabbit feed may have been backed up and not working correctly!😮 so sorry about that.

I was so sad we missed out on the Ostrich Farm. They have this down to a science. This place is much bigger than I thought. You have so much fun on your trips. My family loves places like this and will have to stop by. I have a bunch of family in the Phoenix area so we’ll be back.

That ranch is just down the freeway from where we have spent the winter this year. Fun visit.

Hahah! Looks about the same as when we went a couple years ago. And kudos for each trying the kissing booth. Glenn tried it, but I was far too scared to "kiss" a goat. 🤣

The name reminds me of a John Wayne film my mom used to watch. Yeah, that IS noisy for a darndest place. That blue parakeet is incredible. Kissy kissy wall gang! (Sound like a punk band name.) But that was adorbs. Yep, those ostriches have a little bite to them. Sadly, our kid has probably outgrown attractions like these. Hand sanitizer is REQUIRED! 🐰🐰🐰🐰!!! Those ‘keets are FEISTY! And like the top of your head. But do stingrays like fried calamari?

you have the most hilarious comments! I also enjoy reading your comments :-) My daughter is 16 and I'm pretty sure she loved it :-) LOL. but yes, our hands got a bit messy!!! I cut out the portion where my daughter had to wipe her hands on my pants, before we found the sanitizing wipes!!! HAHA
