Dear Dr. Sally Bates, can you please let me know where can I find literature for reading about Crest height, Bridge Projection, DBR at 10 and 15, Apical radius, etc. I was watching your videos and think they are amazing. Thank you for your time and please help me with this information if it is possible because I was looking for these but did not have any results.
