Matt, I have only just discovered you and The Cherno. I was disappointed to hear that you are tapering off producing videos. I don't know why you think you have few ideas - re-do your older ones - you know better than before - creeping perfection - I have just retaken up programming after a 30 year break - I'm 76 years, cut my teeth on 6502 Machine Code, then assembler for a few years then a few garbage languages, nono of which lasted more than a fer pici seconds, then C by K&R and my beloved White Book, and eventually 'Johnny Shoestring' as a friend calls the great Bjarne Stroustrup. Then came a career as a Defence Research Scientist in Australia and no programming. I'm finding you and your cohorts a great help. Matt, PLEASE KEEP IT UP. JUST REDO THE OLDIES, we'll just eat them, trust me! Cheers and well done, Peter Kelly, (Oz).

Love you channel particularly the CMake tutorial series. Seeing you flounder in the episode on CTest was informative (seems that my normal approach) and I would love to see a good video on how to develop and build on Windows for 32 and 64 bit Linux particularly the non-pico Raspberry Pi boards (Zero and Two W and 4.) I am long time embedded systems programmer but always bare-metal using Windows cross compilers and normally with JTAG. Yes I am old. Would like to see VS Studio and Code on Windows with cross compile and remote debugging. I have yet to find a good video on that. I am stuck now trying to build the GNU tool chain for 32 bit arm usable in Windows. Your idea of using WSL is very interesting. Thanks

Lmao codebeauty has some good videos. The perspective on some of the videos has helped me clarify a few topics. It’s only the one chick and idk about hot 😂😅

Since you asked, what I'd love to see is a c++ Linux+windows loading of a 3d very simple model and rendering it on screen (what library, how to platform independent open a window with same c++ code, how to load the model on both platforms, would u use open gl or something else to be able to have the same c++ code...)

CodeBeauty is a little clickbaity as you said, but the content is good for junior programmers. Nowadays for more advanced content I prefer to watch CoffeeBeforeArch or javidx9. ChiliTomatoNoodle has a good series on multithreading and STL. The Cherno is a good balance between junior and advanced. He builds up little by little the topic and then its implications in the professional world. Neso Academy is similar to CppNuts but more about engineering. They are a good source for computer science topics. Jason Turner is messy imo. He knows so much stuff that he has trouble making small videos about just one topic at a time. I would like to recomend CodeVault too. He makes C content but he goes into fine detail about different concepts, and that knowledge comes always in handy when learning C++.
