Otto, it's always remarkable to see the projects that come up with. Someone might think that we are brothers because I think the same way. There is always something that needs repairing, and when I get it done, my wife asks me when I went to the hardware store. I tell her that I already had the parts needed. You are an inspiration to many.

I love you guys. I’ve seen so much of you over the years that it’s like watching my own family. I don’t grow up on a farm a homestead but I did work on several farms from growing and harvesting soybeans to baling hay to tending the cows horses chickens pigs. I enjoyed the birthings of calves and colts or foals it was awesome experience. Years later it paid off in Maine where I spent several days assisting with a good old friendly hands on barn raising. I miss it and I miss your family too. Y’all be safe

I learned a lot from watching your show. I was sad when it stopped airing. I was just wondering when I watch Eivin if August was back. Last I saw August, he was going away to school. Glad to see you August. I’m so happy you came back to your family. I think if I lived there, I wouldn’t ever leave. There is so much evil in the world, and where you live is so peaceful, beautiful, and serene. I wouldn’t like the snow so much, because I live in Illinois and we have at least seven months of winter, but I can deal with it. Thank you so much for doing a KZfaq channel. Like I said I missed you guys so much and I learned so much. One thing I think a lot of people learned, is killing animals for food.
