If you have the money then yes, Mexico is paradise! For poor people, well it's not nice at all but the middle class lives reasonably well here.

You forgot to add "when you have dollars." These apartments seem cheap to us, but for the average Mexican it's very expensive.

Dude. I just came here and don’t want to leave! I eat like royalty. I regularly smoke expensive cigars and wines. I have a personal driver...I could go on and on. I recommend moving to Mexico! I didn’t know life like this was a reality, it’s a totally different everyday life . IM AS HAPPY AS IVE EVER BEEN! I have money to blow now so I give to every community I visit and help the people during Covid instead of simply taking advantage of my American dollar privilege.

What keeps me from moving to Querétaro? Well, the heat to start with. Querétaro is far too hot for me, so I need Pachuca. I love Querétaro, but only to visit sometimes. The city is also very expensive if you want a nice neighborhood, but it can be very nice indeed.

It really is relative! Comparing to US prices, it's definitely very very affordable. For Mexico, it's pricey but it makes sense for what you get.

hey monica! (: it was probably green tea that you saw. matcha is also green tea, but matcha is green tea leaves ground up into a powder form! i also drink green tea (what comes in a tea bag) with just hot water and lemon sometimes. both forms are great for metabolism!

I understand. There are also a lot of mexican men and women who move to cities like Querétaro to send money to their families in other parts of the country. Our videos are mainly watched by foreigners interested in Mexico so when we say it's affordable, we are talking to foreigners who earn in dollars, euros, etc.

@@fototx66 They are not exactly beautiful, and Menchaca in particular is one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in all of Querétaro.

Querétaro has a variety of excellent universities.

I know the name of that complex, but perhaps they do not want it mentioned here. Querétaro is a great option, but it can get quite hot and also it's a rather expensive city. I live in Pachuca, capital of Hidalgo state, and it's lovely here.

serg & tana story of my life! I am half Mexican and have been actually trying for 3 years. My understanding is good but my speaking is terrible. I was just curious if you have I was going to ask for resources 😅

@@sergtana Hey Montana, my gf is also Mexican from DF and I perfected my Spanish after two years of learning it. It honestly makes more sense than English. The hardest part is to master the conjugation but after that it's not too bad. Netflix has a lot of resources with telenovelas and TV shows like Casa de Papel and Club de Cuervos, Casa de Flores so not too bad. Don't give up because learning spanish will eventually make it easier for you to learn another romance language. For example, French is not 10 times easier for me. Same with Portuguese and Italian. Learning Spanish will be a great tool for you to live in Mexico and also for the States as well. Para mi el aspecto más díficil es la conjugation, pero español según yo es un idioma muy cálido y lindo. No hay un idioma con más calidez que español. A mi me gustan todos los idiomas románticas.
