How much does it cost to live in Querétaro, Mexico?
One thing that Mexico has offered us in our life is that we have the most beautiful house we could have imagined to have. And more importantly, we can afford it! For the price of an small apartment in an inexpensive city in the US, we get to live in a huge and beautiful house in Mexico. The cost of living in this amazing neighborhood is so affordable even taking into account all of the expenses.

Mexico offers more than low prices. Like a fish the life has flavor but it also has bones. Try to go to the bank on Friday afternoon when everybody needs cash. Try to pay your electric or water bills at the end of the month. Traffic tickets are negotiable. Labor is cheap. My opinion, in all of Latin America, Mexico is the best country to live.

Honestly, we always book an Airbnb first. Just to get a feeling for the city and the areas you'll most want to live in. Then, I would suggest checking an expat group on Facebook and asking this question. It seems that each city has their own best ways to find places to rent

You think that's cheap? I pay 2200 pesos a month for a decent, two bedroom house in a good neighborhood here in Pachuca. Only wealthy families can afford to live in a residencia like this video, they are a status symbol. Oh and sorry Serg and Tana, nothing personal but... What perfect weather? Querétaro is a freaking oven! I would die if I had to live there, no idea how you can put up with it.

What's the job market like in Mexico? Is there a "minimum wage"? Would you say that is a middle class house or an upper class house? It's not cheap if you can't find a job that enables you to afford decent housing.

Where can I find something similar to your house to rent.
@sergtana
@sergtana 4 жыл бұрын
There are a few areas like this in Querétaro. This neighborhood specifically is Zibatá. However, other neighborhoods such as Zakia, El Refugio, Altozano, Milenio, and Juriquilla have similar architecture to this. They're all relatively new neighborhoods so the homes are very modern.

Very good price, for this property, does anyone know a good website for real estate in mexico? I couldn't find anything comparable in La Paz at this price?
@sergtana
@sergtana 2 жыл бұрын
I should say that this video is a few years old and the price was agreed on even a couple of years before that. You should still be able to find something in La Paz around these prices on inmuebles24 for example.

Keep in mind that they shared this house with four other people. Makes sense, it's quite a large house. It's silly to have all that space for only two people.

Querétaro, Mexico. Always keep an eye on the air quality and how close you are to factories if you're buying a house in Central Mexico. The weather will be great though.

Not really… like there a huge gap between rich and poor. Also they increase financial residency. So you have to be making the top 5% just to live in mexico now the top 1% is hard because u have to make more then 180k to millions
