I'm trying to spread the word, because so few people seem to know this: Cats slow blink to communicate peace, "I don't want to fight" or "I am at ease". Whenever their eyes are closed it's because they feel safe and comfortable. Now watch your film back and observe. 🐆🤗

It took about 3 months for our kitten and puppy to become friends. They were both rescued from abusive environments. Now they love each other, we’re all delighted.

We adopted 2 shelter kittens and brought them home to my boyfriend’s 11 year old Golden. It was instant love. Roxy had slowed down enough that she didn’t scare the kittens. Within a few days they had discovered that Roxy’s fluffy tail was the BEST toy to chase when she walked-and she would walk around in circles wagging her tail so they could chase it. It was the most heartwarming thing ever to see how quickly they all became family.

Two beautiful babies, I think the dog was more confused and jealous than scared. Good to see the kitten settle in quickly. They will be best friends in no time.

We have a bengal like that. She doesn't believe in gravity. Up is just another direction. And fast! Fast, whew! When she races around the house (for exercise) she's only in low gear. When something frightens her, like the time I accidentally dropped a book on the floor, she moved out faster than I could believe. You have no idea, but you will learn. They are great cats! Your dog is nice too.

I lost my Bengal last year after 16 years and he was the best cat. So smart and loyal. He loved car rides and taking long walks to the park. You life will be even better now that it is filled with fun, love, laughter and a Bengal ! ❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

Dear All, please watch your open windows with pets. My Bro's cat fell two floors down. Luckily, he survived but it was very distressing. Beautiful animals always bring joy to the home❤
