i found this happening to me, i started forgetting a lot about the relationship. I then started to keep notes in my phone of the hurtful things he had done and then when things got worse I began writing a letter I wasn't going to send to him about the very major things he had done to me. I left him a while ago I still read it to remind myself why I don't miss him

I’ve so been trying to get to this out. I did a video for fix the hurt how a punched arm as a teen from my abuser shook my brain up so much that it physically harmed my brain (I know you’re talking different but on the same path👍). I think many times when a woman is mishandled this is what happens. Please address.
