My son who is now 19 just opened the garage as I arrived home from the gym. I competed my full workout listening to you wonderful people. So I asked him for a hug and began to ask God why my baby/son had to grow up and he aimed to run upstairs. I then asked him where was the money he owed me and he giggled. I told him come closer, I’m a lover and not a fighter. As I chased him around the house I just realized we laugh the same way and bliss is what I feel. I careless about money and so much about love. Our connection and the fact God chose us to collectively be family. I felt nothing except love watching this as I also giggled and had moments of pure bliss listening. Again, thanks kindly. Loving Impact is REAL!

Listening to Chance talk about his baby, seeing how he looks at her….you can see the love, the protection, the care. So many of us didn’t have that growing up and some still have never experienced it as adults. Choyce you are blessed beyond measure.

Yes! Chance knows from working law enforcement. Having a child write out a statement is a form of interrogation w/out contexted is damaging. A parent or atty should be present.

Choyce - Thank you for sharing 1) that Black girls are treated differently than Black boys, ESPECIALLY amongst non-POC. I could go on and on and on about that one. 2) that you pretended that the hate wasn't happening. I am working through navigating that with our Therapist for my 3 young coco-skinned daughters who are currently all under 8yo. Whoo! Great episode.

I can’t lie, I usually cringe at parent chats because parents from different generations judge millennial parents alot, but I really enjoyed this because it was truly filled with so much love. I can tell you just want your children to have the best without putting young parents down. Thank y’all! I’m 30 with two toddler boys and parenting in any generation ain’t for the weak. I remember watching Tab on Facebook since 2018 cooking in her white kitchen. I saw firsthand the rise. I joined Tiktok to continue watching her cooking videos and that first video went viral. It was so crazy seeing it! One day she was in her kitchen on live and the next day she was a New York times bestseller before my eyes!! When I first saw her videos in 2018, I was going through a hard time. Feeling discouraged and not feeling like I could accomplish my dream. Through Tabitha, God showed me what was possible for my life. One of the first videos of Tab I watched, she said “If you got something on your heart and you thinking about that thing 2-3 times a day, you supposed to do something with it.” That has stuck with me. Now I’m writing my own web series. Thank you, Tabitha. If you ever questioned if you’re living your calling, you are 💗 and you changed my life.

When Tab stated she thought she was failing because her daughter wasn’t being a leader but a follower. I think a lot of parents go through this. I think what parents fell to realize is that most ppl are followers. Parents should focus on redirecting them away from who every they hanging at school and assist their children with befriending another child with good morals, so they can befriend someone who align better with their parents teaching. This is why it is important to volunteer in your child’s classroom to get to know the students.

It's so adorable how I can hear that Choyce's main voice is a part of Tabitha's talking register and how she sings like her dad. She looks like both of them equally. My whole life as a kid was, “I can't wait to grow up and do grown people stuff and drive my car. I am tired of getting told what to do.” I'm 25 years old now, and I hate adulthood. Ever since I reached 23, I knew there was no going back. I felt old at 23, and when I turned 24, I said, “Damn, I was young at 23.” The same thing I said when I passed 24. Adulthood sucks. I hate paying bills. I miss eating out of my parent's fridge, watching Spongebob, Phineas and Ferb on weekend mornings, and living rent-free. But I thank God that I am alive and well. I'm looking forward to becoming a mother in 2 years, which is my long-term dream.
