I’ve been a guitarist, pianist, teacher, and composer for over 30 years, and this helps my musculoskeletal issues immensely. I’ll be sharing your video with all of my students. ❤

Fantastic video, out of all the guitar stretches on youtube hands down this is the most effective and best one. Cheers from Vancouver, Canada. Ed

I’ve been having back pain ever since I recently took up the guitar again after 15 years of not playing. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Cheers.

I'm a guitarist and found this video recently, and it's been really helpful so far! Quick follow-up question: Would you recommend doing these stretches (1) before practicing, (2) after practicing, (3) both before and after practicing, or (4) on a daily basis even if you don't practice every day? Thanks!

Thank you for your videos. I appreciate you! I have been playing guitar a lot lately and I have been feeling it in my arms, chest and shoulders. Your videos have helped me to limber up and not hurt so much. Once again, thank you for your time and videos.

Thank you! So, do you recommend this before or after playing, or both?

Great question! You can do some gentle movements of the shoulders, elbows and wrists before starting and then we would recommend adding this in after 😊
