Madelena, You may have rheumatoid arthritis or gout. The swelling of the knuckles is an indication of gout. I’m only saying this because my knuckles were swollen and sore. I went to rheumatoid arthritis doctor and she prescribed Allopurinol commonly known as Zyloprim. It works. You have to have your uric acid level checked along with your A1C. I suffered a long time until they figured out what my problem was. I also have Curto knives that I bought before I got married in 1976. You would fall over if I told you what they cost back then. No where near what they cost now. Enjoy your channel.
