I was worried for a sec 😅😂 let’s see how long it takes someone to buy a pistachio donut with our new color combo. If you have any other ideas - let me know!

It’s the coffee icing… THAT is the problem. It should be ALMOND icing; that’s a perfect combo. I love anything pistachio and the colors you have are perfect. Make two versions and see if the almond one sells. Also, start telling customers it’s your favorite.

I LOOOVE pistachio but for me it would be the coffee icing that would deter me from getting that one, not the color bc the color is so gorgeous & springy! 💚

This might help: you know how people put some money in their own tip jar to so people to give them tips because it looks like others have done the same? Well, people might not be ordering the pistachio because they see the other donuts have been bought but this pistachio hasn’t. They might assume that either the pistachio isn’t good because of this, or they might be sheep and following the herd if you know what I mean. So when you put the donuts out, you might want to take a few off the pistachio to help people choose the pistachio donut just like the tip jar trick. Ps: sorry this is so long, I love your videos 💗

And there's the option, for the people who said they just moved there, or it was their first visit - secretly offering Good Will, goes a long way. Gives them a few free donut, because The Pistachio donuts are already made, so they don't go to waste. You can also offer to others, regular people a Free donut, Pistachio flavor, and if they leave a review, write out a code or something that they have to post, random number generators are free, 1 code Gets a free donut on the next visit, 1 code per person and donut.. keep track because it's also a business deduction for advertising purposes... And now the new fan favorite is pistachio... My 10% fee, please send, ship me a pistachio and creme brulee, also deductible under consultants. LoL 🤗💜

I love pistachio but hate pistachio flavour things (excluding baklava) and I hate Oreo but love orea flavour desserts. I can’t explain why tho 😂 😂

I bet if you did matcha or vanilla icing instead of coffee more people would be interested! Also maybe a more muted green instead of one that looks so bright/artificial. And I think saying "it's amazing" after may have convinced that last person as well ;)

I'm a huge fan of pistachios on their own. I think it would be good if you could put up some signs like "Pistachio Donut" and "Allergens: Tree Nut, Wheat, Egg, Dairy" in the front. So, as a Deaf customer, I don't have to ask.

I bough a bag of 3 lbs pistachio nut from Sam's the other day. So i would definitely purchased the donut. Maybe some people are allergic to nut 🤔. I rather purchase the pistachio donut than the Nutella Hazelnut anytime. Nutella I'm not crazy about.

Generally speaking, pistachio is NOT a seller to an American audience. IF you were in Italia, or any other country it might work. Keep it as a specialty rather than a regular flavor.

I don’t understand… why lie? In the beginning there’s more than 15 but when the customer “buys the first one” there’s only 11 left 😢 why lie? I just don’t understand… is it for marketing?

I think pistachio in sweets is a very acquired taste… pistachio donuts, ice cream, etc. In my opinion, pistachios, in general, are nuts not everyone eats, as opposed to peanuts, where everyone is familiar with them. Now, if you made a peanut butter and chocolate or caramel coffee donut… i think there may be a different interest.?

Those look good. I'll be in Vegas next week. I'm definitely going to have to hit the donut shop. I don't know if I'll get pistachio, but who's to say. Enjoy your videos and the cool, crazy concoction you come up with. The pizza looks good, too.

Pistacio is the star on its own for me so pistacio icing with cream would be my fav, I wouldnt add any strong flavours to pair with pistacio because I imagine it would take away from the taste I want to achieve.

My 2 cents: 1. Sliced donut with sandwiched pistachio cream with exposed cream covered with lightly salted crushed pistachio. Dust with confectionary sugar with one solitary pistachio nut on top to finish. 2. Half vanilla icing (ie white) and half dark (or milk) choc icing on top then streak with green pistachio icing all over top. Rimmed top right quarter with lightly salted crushed pistachio to finish.

Whoo's, our local gourmet donut shop in Santa Fe, New Mexico ,has a pistachio lemon doughnut that is my absolute favourite. Consider changing the icing to a lovely tart lemon.

I recently got a Pistachio almond ice cream from Breyer's. They are based in Philadelphia, my hometown. The ice cream is delicious, but im not going to lie, the color is a bright green, and can be seen as weird. Taste is 10 out of 10 and I would bet it would make an amazing topping for your pistachio donut!

Without the coffee icing I would definitely try the pistachio, I love Pistachio. Often the pistachio flavour gets overwhelmed by other flavours. On it's own it's the best imo.

You can always hind some in the back, have the original number on there at first, then just remove some. so when customers see the case is half empty they might be more willing to try it.

Love pistachio! Delicious as a gelato, in baklava and as a filling. But as much as I love both pistachio and coffee separately, together they don’t work for my palate. Maybe a crunchy baklava topping on a vanilla icing?

In Indonesia, we love the combination of avocado flavor with chocolate or coffee. While pistaccio is combined with chocolate, not coffee flavor. Basically, two “greens” with chocolate

I don’t drink coffee for the taste, but I have also had coffee donuts and don’t think a light coffee flavor is bad. I do like pistachio desserts, and I’m sure a pistachio/ coffee donut would be delicious as a combo, I guess maybe it just isnt as immediately identifiable as a winner compared to some of the other ones you had out.

The coffee icing is a no go for me either pistachio, what psychopath paired that together. Pistachio is delicate and needs a pairing to compliment that, coffee will drown it out.
