I'm watching in June 2024. I can't help but feel so sad Lee has gone. She would fit in so well with us, Aussies. I moved to Melbourne almost two years ago from Sydney to be closer to family.

Just watching old videos with Lee and crying. I keep seeing all this love pour out in the comments to Lee. If only she could have seen it and believed how much she was loved. How amazing would it be when we know someone is getting bullied that we just send them love? So that they can see the love. And the bystanders don't have to just read about the love when they are gone. I feel so much pain for someone I never met. Please if we know someone is being bullied let's rally around them and send them so much love.

I agree... I feel very affected by her death. I never met her but I've been thinking about her for weeks. I guess because I have a daughter ...I don't know... I'm sad. I feel so bad for her family and friends.

Everyone should watch this video to see her at her happiest. This might be her best video. Even if they had to break up she might have been better off living in Melbourne because the people/locations seemed to match her personality. April 2021

I am watching these videos with a broken heart. To Lee's family and to you Max and Occy, I send my condolences and love. Lee looked so happy in this video and the last couple and am so heartbroken to hear of her passing.

I started following you in the last 2 or so years, so I didn't experience this part of your life Max. I did get to catch the last part of you and Occy's vanlife and the posts you shared remembering and honoring Lee. Loved seeing a "younger" Occy doing some of his same moves in Canada😊 Loved getting to know this part of your life as I follow your current life and "adventures" on your beautiful but challenging land and home ❤ Glad to see how much you've benefitted from counseling and healing that time brings. Excited to continue following currently as you share what's happening in your life. Used your videos as an escape while finishing my last 2 years studying for my Bachelors degree. I just graduated, and I feel so free to do everything I had to put on the backburner while focused on school 🤗🤗 I'm 63 and looking forward to the next phase of my life as I prepare to retire in the next few years and hopefully follow my dream to live in a tiny house on property shared with my youngest daughter and her family 🥰🥰 Meanwhile, I get the joy and freedom to continue following you, Occy, and the unseen, but very welcome person in your life! 👏🏾👏🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Watching this video again, I guess it's been a little over a month now since Lee died. I don't know what stage of grief I'm at, but I feel like I finally have a bit of strength to be able to watch videos of her again. Until now, it's just been too painful. Great videos Max and Lee. I’m now a tennis coach in Florida but traveled a lot in the past. Still want to travel but at 66, backpacking, pensions, and tenting is a bit harder than before. Airbnb is the way I go these days. Met my girlfriend last year in Trinidad and went to Portugal the year before. Spent a lot of time in Asia in the past. 3 years in Hong Kong and 12 in Japan. When I was in China back in 86 there were almost no cars and all bicycles and ox carts. Signal light was a policeman standing on a wooden box with a red and green flag to stop and go at intersections. Lots of good memories on the road. Good luck on the road, and stay safe. Tim.

G’day, I’m from Adelaide South Aus. My wife and I have been married over 50 yrs and in that time have camped all over Aus. Cape York to Cape Leeuwin; the Kimberley to Tasmania. We still run a small business so are limited to occasional weekends away. We have a 2006 Sprinter, 4x4 ex ambulance that doubles as a business delivery van and a camper. We do most of our big trips now vicariously through KZfaq channels like yours. Thanks for being such generous hosts and adventurous tour guides.

Great to see some of the spots I hit when i'm in town. Chapel St, run the tan, St Kilda. I visit the bayside area (Brighton, Black Rock) a lot too since that's where I grew up - I'm from Melbourne, my wife is American, we live near Boulder, CO but eventually will spend at least 6 months a yr in Aus.

I'm a newbie from Perth in Scotland, actually live in the village just outside city called Scone, near Scone Palace where all the Kings and Queens of Scotland used to be crowned. I've been to Australia 3 times, once to Perth, once to Melbourne and a Suburb outside Melbourne Sunbury I think it's called. Beautiful country and people. Scotland has that in common and the 4 seasons in one day! Loving binge watching your channel to catch up. Thank you for sharing.

Dutchy living in Perth, WA. Watching you guys and the rest of the crew (currently roaming through Mexico) for over a year now and literally just finished my own conversion. Planning another one in Europe so I've got 2 'travel-homes' as I have family and friends on both sides of the world. Totally inspired by you guys!

Been binge watching your online travels for the last few weeks and just loving it! I'm from sunny QLD in AUS, have lived in St Kilda in Melbs (loved this video by the way - and Naked Satan....how funny/weird are all the naked pics near the bathrooms) but currently living on Vancouver Island, Canada! Hi guys just clicked onto you video by chance and I am now keeping my husband awake watching them😜😜😜😜 I was born in England, moved to Bahrain where I met my husband, we then moved to Miami, Florida, had our 2 babies. We then moved to Japan where we spent 4 amazing years. Moved to San Diego and then back to Bahrain, where we have been for the last 2 years. We will be moving to Italy at the end of the year which we are looking forward to. My mum lived in Mandara for 6 years and absolutely loved we never got a chance to visit I am gutted, one day we will get to see your Melbourne. Thank you for sharing and happy travels. From Calgary Canada and I love watching your travels. We have 3 girls and dream about travel all the time. We often wonder why we need a big(ish) house when we really only use a small portion of it. We have the most fun and easygoing kids. We travelled Thailand last year and the kids loved every minute. We brought 2 suitcases and needed baby stuff like diapers etc and we still had way too much stuff. We are in a tough spot financially because I’m recovering from cancer/chemo/radiation/ surgeries. 3 days until my last surgery! Yay! The kids are coming up with ideas to get the money to Disneyland this summer. They are dancers and they’ve been invited to dance on the Disney stage. So incredible. I just want to tell you that you’ve brought such joy to my imagination and it’s videos like this, happy humans making their dreams come true, that inspire my life. Anything is possible ❤️❤️❤️. Good thing Occy is woolly pup because we are in a big deep freeze in Canada 🇨🇦 can’t wait for the Occy reunion video 🐶😊❤️

We truly hope that after this surgery you can put the cancer behind you, but it sounds like either way you and your family are still living life to the fullest. I met my beautiful Wife in this time in Canada, she is from Brazil :)! Now 9 Years later we are married and have two beautiful twin baby´s.
