Here's a tip: shred regular button mushrooms instead of fancy king oysters! It's very different but still is a good meat substitute

How are button mushrooms different?

@@SweetChicagoGator button mushrooms have a stronger flavor than King oysters I think, not 100% about that.

The Mexican stuff is killer - that quesadilla and quesarito dayuuuum!!! But whooo those cheeseburger pinwheels - your food is vegan heaven!

Great selections. Never been fascinated by loading French fries with tex mex though. Makes the fried go soggy which makes no sense to me. However everything else looks great!

There was a bit of innovation but also a ton of "how to make vegan X? take a normal recipe and add the word vegan or dairy free in front of all the ingredients"
