It didn’t look like Szalami got credit for the kill with he demo ship. While it did say that Lucifron was assassinated, it didn’t say that Szalami did it like it usually does.

If the unit dies, while killing ( like exploding), it does not give the credit.

It was not a bug. Luci broke that demo and the splash damage of a demo ship killed the king of luci. So it was not a szalamis kill. Bcoz luci broke that demo..

I like this tournament. I have a personal request: Is it possible to increase the map size to the biggest version available (Edit: in the UI I mean)? It is hard to track everything going on in these big maps with so many players.

i know i'm late to the party here, but i gotta say, I wish these lasted longer. Action is nice and all but i hate seeing half of the players wiped out before even 30 minutes. I think end game with larger armies clashing is much more interesting than a series of rushes.

I had the same thing happen to me, I killed 2 kings in a game and did not get the pop cap, it hurt and cost me the game as the last player was a China player with 3 kills and having the pop cap from it.

I personally feel like the 1h and half long games are the most boring ones. If the game go past 1 hour is probably someone doing hard camping of just 2 guys who can’t kill each other

Drongo amazing cast, I really think kills should not award 50 points. It leads to steam rolling, and the initial lucky kills lead to huge advantages. Please consider taking out the population bonus for king snipes, or at least reduce it significantly. Maybe to 25 pop space.

But its not an immediate boost to eco or military, its a only a late-game advantage that makes the recipient a valid coalition target for the other players. There is no early game advantage, early kills means you likely avoided a mega-boom and your troops were invested in sieging someone else down, making you vulnerable in the near-future for someone to start counter-raiding you.

For a game that is so much about skill the random spawns really make it so much about pure luck. Why not just have an even spread out spawn and let the best player with the most skill win?

@Earl Dixon no he wasn't. He was kicked out for breaking the rules but they never actually stated what rule he broke. You can't just go around calling someone a cheater and in turn slating the competition as a whole with no proof of it.

@@EmergencyInductionPort there are a lot of videos on KZfaq talking about 3DBee and his shenanigans. Just don`t think the guy plays fair and for a big tournament with money on the line, I think they should consider that before allowing him in.

@Earl Dixon Do you really think they'd have all the top players in the world and have Microsoft actually sponsoring the competition but not have taken it into consideration? My point still stands. There is zero proof he's a cheater since the actual rules he broke were never revealed, so you can't just go about outright calling him one just because theres a few videos on KZfaq talking about him. Not to mention, do you really think the other players would even entertain playing in a tournament if they knew someone who was a known cheater was taking part in it?
